Terms and Conditions

Full payment is required upon receipt of invoice. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, & ACH transfer.
After confirming the booking details, NoMI Tours will send an invoice. Full payment is due upon receipt. Once payment is received, your tour will be approved.

Cancellation policy: If you need to cancel for any reason, you must provide a minimum of 30 days notice prior to the date of your reservation to receive a full refund. If you provide less than 30 days notice, there is a $100 cancellation fee, with the remainder refunded. There is a zero refund policy on full payment amount if cancelled within 48 hours from the tour date.
- If NoMI tours cancels your tour due to weather or COVID-19, you will receive a full refund.
- If a client cancels due to weather or COVID-19, we will work together to change your tour to a future date.
Starting and ending times must be enforced (subject to driver/bus availability).
NoMI Tours is not responsible for any lost or stolen articles during the ride, or articles left after the ride has ended.
There is NO SMOKING allowed on any vehicle.
Alcoholic beverages are allowed on the bus, however:
- NoMI Tours is not responsible for underage consumption of alcoholic beverages at any time before, during, or after the ride. Driver has the right to inspect ID’s and containers of passengers who appear underage.
- No hard liquor can be consumed on the bus.
- No open containers can enter or exit the bus.
- NoMI Tours cannot, by law, supply alcohol to/ for clients. Guests must provide their own alcohol.
- The NoMI Tours driver and/or employee reserves the right to eject any individual(s) who they deem to be disruptive, intoxicated, to pose a safety threat to themselves or to others, or deemed to be using an illegal substance.
For any actions such as fighting, violence, damage to equipment and/or bus, harassment towards the driver, staff, or anyone in or around NoMI Tours, the driver reserves the right to terminate the trip. The client will be responsible to find other transportation and forfeits the full fare as a result.
If a passenger should vomit in or on the bus, There is up to a $150 cleaning fee payable to the driver, or charged to the client’s credit card. The driver will pull over when safe to do so.
By signing up for and participating in the tour/ride, the clients agree that NoMI Tours and its employees are not responsible for any claims for injuries, loss, damage, death, liability, criminal or civil litigation for the participating individual arising out of or relating to a ride.
NoMI Tours is not responsible for injuries or accidents in and around the bus. Alcohol impairs motor skills, balance, and judgement. Clients are asked to remain seated while the bus is in motion. Move about at your own risk. Please use caution on steps.
By agreeing to this contract, the above client agrees to assume full responsibility for any damages to the interior or exterior of the bus that is caused by any individual riding in the bus. The client is liable for the cost to repair any such damage as well as any cost for loss of NoMI Tours service due to such damage.
NoMI Tours is NOT LIABLE in cases of unexpected vehicle breakdowns, accidents, severe weather, or anything that may delay a timely arrival or cause cancellation of the trip. In the event of a tour cancellation due to mechanical problems, you will receive a full refund. Clients will be notified as soon as possible to let them know of unexpected problems that may postpone trip times.
By Booking this tour, you are agreeing that you have read the rules and terms of service and agree to abide by them. You understand that you accept full responsibility for any and all damages or thefts that occur during your rental for all members involved in your tour. You agree that if any persons are added during the trip, who are NOT part of the original group, it will be at the discretion of the the NoMI Tours driver and/or employee only (not to exceed vehicle passenger limit. No standees allowed.) You have the right to inspect the vehicle prior to your trip and report any noticed damage. You have accepted NoMI Tours in good faith, and agree to the listed price of the vehicle rented. If the event exceeds the ending time of the original reservation, you agree to the additional charge of the vehicles per hourly rate. You agree to pay for all services and any additional hours at the trip’s end. You agree to personally explain these rules and terms of service to all persons of your group, and any added persons during the trip.
